All Prices Shown Are in UK pounds. Trade Prices are exclusive of VAT, RRP inclusive of VAT

Minimum Trade Order £150 (+VAT).  Orders £350+. Carriage Paid (UK mainland Only)

 

1 Prices & terms: (a) Prices quoted on price list are correct at the time of printing, The company reserves the right to alter prices without notice. (b) Credit terms of 30 days are available. (see note 4) The company reserves the right to incorporate a credit charge of 2.5% monthly on overdue accounts.  2 Carriage – Goods are consigned by a next day delivery service normally DPD. All delivery charges are at Cost. Orders over £350 are carriage free for UK mainland only. 3 Cancellations and breakages: (a) all order placed verbally, by phone, email or post are deemed to be firm commitments. (b) Goods supplied against un-cleared funds remain the property of the company until paid for in Full. The company reserves the right require the customer to deliver back any unpaid goods, at their own expense immediately on notification. (c) The company reserves the right to enter upon the customer’s premises to repossess goods not paid for in full.  6: Export orders: (a) VAT is charged on all EC orders until we have been provided with your valid EC VAT number. (b) Export customers will agree to the method of transport prior to despatch. (c) Full Payment of the invoice is required prior to dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7 Discount structures are on larger orders and payment within 7 days but will be subject to strict control measures.
